Product Overview
The Three Section Core Drill Bit is built around a modular system consisting of three connectable sections. When the diamond segments become worn, the segment section can be replaced with a new one and connected directly to the other two sections. There is no need to braze or laser weld new segments onto the existing barrel, allowing the reusable sections of the core bit to remain in service and helping reduce replacement costs. The modular construction also provides flexibility when drilling depth requirements change. An extension can be added to the existing core bit when a longer drilling setup is needed. Available from 32mm to 400mm, this pro-quality laser welded core bit is designed for drill-rig applications in concrete, bricks, and blocks, with masonry and stone also included among its typical applications.
